INTRODUCTION
Corel DRAW is a vector ( an imaginary line having known magnitude and direction) based drawing application which is used for graphic designing, graphic designing is stated as the art or profession of visual communication which conveys a message to the public through symbols, arts images or texts.

CorelDRAW is widely popular for publishing purposes as designing a brochure, poster, ads, pamphlet, book titles, visiting cards, wedding cards and all other sorts of publishing. It also gives a short way to the web and we can create web contents using Corel draw.
CORELDRAW VERSION
As a book has editions (the form or version in which a text is published), similarly computer software has versions. In these versions, there is a standard and a latest version of each software. Having the state of World Leading software category, Corel DRAW has many versions like Corel DRAW 5, 7, 9, 10, 11 12, 13, X4 and the latest version is X5. Practically each software has one or more standard versions which lay the foundation for the promotion of the software and many users in spite of new and latest technology still love to use standard version.
Standard Version of Corel DRAW
Corel DRAW 9 and Corel DRAW 11 are considering as the standard version, they are however used in many organization and printing press. In Pakistan, Corel DRAW 9 is extensively used for large scale printing and publishing purpose. Visiting a press for printing, we invariably have been observing the designer using Corel DRAW 9 at his best for any kind of graphic designing.
Latest Version of Corel DRAW
The latest version of a software is newer version than all the previous versions having brand new features with use of latest technology. The latest version of a software contains a bit of bugs. In the time of writing this article the latest version of CorelDRAW is CorelDRAW X5.
